Bled, Slovenia --- With thanks to Rowing Australia WCSN streamed live the 2011 FISA World Rowing Championships from Bled, Slovenia. In an eye catching performance at the world champs Australia firmly stated its intentions for the London Olympics in 2012 recording the nation's highest ever medal tally. Australian crews reached 16 A Finals in the 18 events it competed in, which led to the record breaking ten medals the team picked up. The team qualified 10 of the 11 boats it attempted to qualify for the 2012 London Olympic Games, while both adaptive crews won qualification for the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
